Taškeñtas is a free multiplayer board game available at taskentas.com. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.

2. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old to use this service (GDPR minimum age). You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. One account per person is permitted. You may delete your account at any time from profile settings.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Cheat or use automated tools to gain an advantage in games.
• Harass or abuse other players.
• Access or attempt to access another player's account.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or overload the service infrastructure.

4. Game records

Completed games are stored permanently to preserve match history. If you delete your account, your moves remain but are anonymized — they are no longer linked to your identity. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Intellectual property

The Taškeñtas name, design, and code are the property of the project operator. They may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without express written permission.

6. No warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantee of uptime, data preservation, or fitness for any particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Taškeñtas and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time via profile settings.

9. Changes

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects any changes to these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
